Jeremiah 51:37-39

³⁷ and Babylon shall become ^(A)a heap of ruins,
    ^(B)the haunt of jackals,
^(C)a horror ^(D)and a hissing,
    without inhabitant.
^38 (E)“They shall roar together ^(F)like lions;
    they shall growl like lions' cubs.
^39 (G)While they are inflamed ^(H)I will prepare them a feast
    and ^(I)make them drunk, that they may become merry,
^(J)then sleep a perpetual sleep
    and not wake, declares the Lord.
